Product: Jogg Mini by MokingBird Updated: 1 July 2026 Consumer plans: Freemium, Premium, Family and Family BIG

...

Jogg Mini is an AI-literacy application for children. That description affects how we design the curriculum, how we protect family data and how we earn revenue. We do not believe a child should have to watch advertisements before learning, nor should their attention and behaviour become the product being sold.

Jogg Mini therefore has no advertising at any tier. The service is funded by a genuinely useful free experience and optional subscriptions that unlock more curriculum, family management and device flexibility.

This article explains exactly what is free, what each subscription includes, why the plans differ and how purchases, cancellation and restoration work.

Our pricing principles

The pricing model follows seven commitments.

  1. No advertising to children. Learning is never interrupted by an advert.
  2. A useful free tier. Freemium includes real AI foundations, not merely a

short trial timer.

  1. Transparent limits. The app shows remaining free World questions before

a session starts.

  1. No penalty for mistakes. A question counts because it was used, not

because the learner answered incorrectly.

  1. Family choice. Plans scale from one child to large households without

requiring separate child accounts to purchase independently.

  1. Store-controlled billing. Mobile subscriptions use Apple In-App Purchase

or Google Play Billing, with restoration and cancellation through the store.

  1. No data-selling business model. Subscription revenue supports the

product; personal data is not sold to advertisers.

Progress and recovery principle

Every learner can earn the same Stars, Gems, Tiers, streaks, badges and certificates. Plans do not buy a better score. They change curriculum limits, family/device capacity and whether progress is recoverable from the cloud.

device and loses it if app data is removed or the device is lost.

their own profile and progression.

linked kids according to each plan's limits.

snapshot. If conflicting local progress exists, the app asks before replacing it; balances are not added together.

Only normal World Lane attempts consume the free World-question allowance. Daily Quest, Arcade, random/joined/created quizzes, parent tasks and teacher quizzes are excluded.

Freemium — €0

Best for: children starting AI literacy, families evaluating Jogg Mini, guest learners and classrooms using occasional quizzes.

Freemium is designed to answer a basic question fairly: can a family understand the value of Jogg Mini before paying? The answer should be yes. A child can explore every World, complete Daily Quest activities, join quizzes and build a real learning history.

Free World-question allowance

| World | Curriculum focus | Free questions | |---:|---|---:| | 1. Robot Valley | What AI is and where it appears | 50 | | 2. Data Valley | Data, labels, quality and learning | 50 | | 3. Pattern Mountain | Patterns, vectors and representations | 25 | | 4. Smart City | Neural networks, training and inference | 25 | | 5. Future Lab | RAG, deployment and modern AI systems | 25 | | 6. AI Safety & Ethics | Bias, privacy, reliability and responsibility | 50 | | 7. Prompt Plaza | Communicating effectively with AI | 25 | | 8. Agent Academy | Goals, tools, memory and actions | 25 | | 9. AI Studio | Creating responsibly with generative AI | 25 | | 10. AI Forest | AI literacy, synthesis and judgment | 25 |

Robot Valley, Data Valley and AI Safety & Ethics receive the larger allowance because they contain the minimum literacy every child should be able to access: what AI is, what it learns from and how to use it responsibly.

The other seven Worlds receive 25 questions each. This is enough to explore technical and practical areas before deciding whether the complete curriculum is useful to the learner.

How free usage is counted

A standard World session consumes the number of questions allocated to it. If a learner starts a 10-question Robot Valley session, the remaining allowance moves from 50 to 40. Correct and incorrect answers count equally because server capacity and curriculum content were both used.

Usage is not reduced by:

The remaining allowance is displayed on the World card. When it reaches zero, the learner sees a clear subscription explanation rather than an unexpected failure.

Other Freemium benefits and limits

Freemium progress is retained. Subscribing unlocks more access; it does not replace the learner’s profile or erase completed work.

Premium — €8.99 per month

Best for: households with up to five children that primarily use one active Jogg Mini device.

Premium unlocks the complete World library and removes monthly quiz limits. It is the most economical paid plan for a household that does not need simultaneous multi-device family access.

Included with Premium

Why Premium uses one device seat

Premium is priced per active Jogg Mini device seat. A store subscription belongs to an Apple or Google account, so it cannot truthfully be described as permanently attached to one piece of hardware. Instead, Premium allows one active device at a time.

If the parent restores or signs in on another device, Jogg Mini can transfer the seat and revoke the previous device session. Families that need simultaneous access across several phones and tablets should use Family or Family BIG.

Who benefits most

Premium works well for:

quizzes.

Family — €19.99 per month

Best for: households with several children and multiple devices.

Family combines the complete curriculum with household-wide access. One verified family subscription is inherited by authorized children and the invited co-parent.

Included with Family

Why Family is different from buying several Premium seats

Family is not merely a larger child-profile limit. Its entitlement follows the verified household. A parent can sign in on another authorized device and the children linked to that family receive the same paid curriculum access.

This is useful when:

Only authorized household members inherit access. Family does not permit public account sharing or resale.

Family BIG — €29.99 per month

Best for: large or extended families that need more than eight child profiles under one consumer household.

Family BIG includes every Family feature and removes the managed-child limit. It retains household-wide device access, co-parent management and unlimited tasks.

Included with Family BIG

Family BIG is not a school licence

Family BIG is a consumer household product. It does not provide institutional administration, bulk student import, school procurement, organization-wide reporting, service-level agreements or classroom data governance. Schools and enterprises require a separate commercial and privacy model.

What “unlimited” means

Unlimited means Jogg Mini does not apply the stated Freemium numerical limit while a verified subscription is active. It does not permit:

The current library contains more than 200 questions in most Worlds. “200+” describes current content depth, not a promise that every World always contains the exact same number.

Purchases, renewals and restoration

Digital subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS or Google Play Billing on Android. The platform displays the final localized price, currency, taxes and renewal terms before confirmation.

After purchase, Jogg Mini verifies the transaction with the store before granting paid access. A local success message alone is not sufficient.

Restore Purchases is available for customers who:

Restoration verifies the purchase and attaches it according to Jogg Mini’s account and household-safety rules.

Cancellation and access after cancellation

Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google. Cancelling normally stops the next automatic renewal; it does not remove access that has already been paid for.

The Subscription screen shows the verified status and paid-through date when available. At expiration, the account returns to Freemium rules without deleting child profiles or progress. If the family later resubscribes, retained progress remains available.

Refunds, chargebacks and store revocations may end entitlement according to the status verified from Apple or Google.

Why we do not use advertising

Advertising can create pressure to maximize attention rather than learning. In a children’s product it can also introduce tracking, inappropriate commercial influence and incentives unrelated to education.

Jogg Mini’s subscription model makes the relationship clearer:

This is not a paid-tier feature. Every plan is ad-free.

School and Enterprise

Teacher Profile and classroom tools are currently available in Freemium so schools, tutors and families can test the classroom workflow without a paid institutional contract. In the current Freemium teacher classroom offer, a teacher can create up to five classrooms, assign up to five tasks per classroom, and include up to ten students in each class. Teachers with Premium, Family, or Family BIG subscription access are not limited by these Freemium classroom caps. This free classroom access is intended for lightweight use, pilots, tutoring groups and early school evaluation.

School and Enterprise solutions are separate from consumer Family plans and are intended for institutions that need scale, administration, contracting, reporting or governance beyond the Freemium teacher classroom limits. For School and Enterprise solutions such as:

Choosing a plan

| Your situation | Suggested plan | |---|---| | One child trying Jogg Mini | Freemium | | One child needs the full curriculum | Premium | | Up to five children share one primary device | Premium | | Several children use different family devices | Family | | A household manages six to eight children | Family | | A household manages more than eight children | Family BIG | | A classroom or school needs institutional controls | Premium or Wait for School/Enterprise |

The recommendation is guidance, not a restriction. Families can choose the plan whose access model best matches their needs.

The sustainable goal

Subscriptions support question development, curriculum review, secure cloud infrastructure, family synchronization, purchase support and ongoing maintenance. The aim is straightforward:
